Bangkok Protestant Cemetery was established by a royal land grant in the second half of the nineteenth century.
According to Wikipedia, it was established in 1853. According to the official website of the cemetery, it was established in 1861. I do not know why there is a discrepancy between the two dates.
More than 1,500 foreigners are buried in this cemetery which is located in a rectangular plot between the river and Charoen Krung Road, not far from the night market Asiatique.
The entrance to the cemetery from Charoen Krung Road, ca. 2 km from the BTS station Saphan Taksin.

According to the English version, the first name of the husband is Hiam.
But I think this must be a misprint.
The correct name must be Haim.
